Water Flow Massage is an experience of softening, release, connection and sensuality.

It takes place in an indoor heated pool, giving a womb-like space to drop into your body, your heart, into sensation and stillness.

We talk first, explain what the experience is about, then do some Heart Breathing to begin to quiet ourselves within.

Slowly we immerse ourselves in the warm water where you’re guided through the practices, some on your own, some with a partner, taking you into the peace, the relaxation, the beingness.
