We invite you to experience your unique and authentic identity by expanding your connection to self, others and the world around you. We experience and learn about ourselves and the world through our senses, which include both touch and movement.

Verbal and intellectual contact is not enough. Our connection with each other becomes stronger when we physically connect through sensitive movement and intentional touch. The freedom to connect means melting away barriers of resistance and isolation. Movement is the ideal medium to shift the energies quickly and powerfully around our body releasing the body armour that keeps us disconnected from our own feelings and to others.

Science has shown that we need contact with others for our development and the connection between people is essential for a path of transformation, healing and change. When we shut ourselves down to others we inevitably shut down to our own feelings and connection – a life less lived!

This experiential workshop combining touch and movement in a synthesis of awareness and connection will gently guide you back to your own centre opening the opportunity to connect with others with ease, without expectation – but definitely with joy!
