Releasing Shame, Claiming Freedom

I was thinking about Shame and Freedom. This arose. I learnt something on a Sexuality Festival last year that I’ve been talking about for a while now. And it’s time to do it. A Drooling Workshop. There is so much in this practice, it’s become part of my personal practice and is so freeing, connecting, light-ening, releasing. It creates an intimacy with yourself, a connection with your body in a deep and immediate way. It helps to release emotions that sit deep within us. Its connected to self-expression. It’s relaxing, calming.
