For most of us sex is a genitally-oriented experience.

A Heart-Centered Sexuality expands our understanding and practice of our sexuality.

It begins with seeing where we are sexually, how we have sex and what that allows us to experience.

Then we start to deepen that to see how our heart connects with our sexuality, and for most of us how our bodies, sexual centre and heart centre speak totally different languages. As we move our sexual focus to the heart we start to connect with our sexual energy, to move this through the body. The intention we bring to our sexual experience changes, as does the way we have sex and what we’re able to feel from this.

We move into a space of deepening intimacy and connection, firstly with ourselves, then with another, the sensation and emotion we feel becomes more intense, and we are able to access the deeper meaning of pleasure.

A Heart-Centered Sexuality is an awareness of consciousness and possibility.
