I’ve decided to change the webinar on Thurs.
For weeks I’ve been thinking about how to do Awakening the Erotic Spirit online.
This morning during my yoga practice it came to me.
So Thurs is Exploring the Erotic Spirit, with a few twists.
We’ll do a practice of connecting with our inner erotic self, how to begin establishing a conscious relationship with that beautiful, exciting and powerful part of ourselves.
I’ll share a few practices with you on how you can deepen the connection and heal some of what blocks you experiencing that.
We’ll talk about what eroticism is, what sensuality is.
We’ll talk about fantasies, the role they play, how to explore them in a deeper way, how to share them, talk about them, what stops us sharing them, what we fear about our fantasies.
We’ll look at resources, reading, watching listening, and I’ll share my recommendations with you.
I’ll share with you what really happens at a fantasy sex club.
I’ll share how you can use eroticism as a tool for self-exploration, for exploring and deepening your relationship.
And I’ll share some erotic experiences and games you can play on your own and with a partner.
I am excited about this!
Exploring our erotic spirit is an endless journey of discovery. Layer reveals layer reveals layer. It takes us deeper into ourselves, into learning about ourselves, expressing ourselves, and pleasuring ourselves.
