A hedonist values sensual pleasure above all else. Hedonist comes from the Greek word hedone 'pleasure' and is related to hedys, which means 'sweet.' Although this noun did not make its first appearance until 1822, the word was created as a reference to an ancient Greek philosophical system known as the Cyrenaic school. The Cyrenaics taught that pleasure - particularly physical pleasure - is the greatest good. If you need some examples of modern day hedonists, think the many celebrities today who are only famous for going to parties. So if you like uninhibited fun, enjoy pleasure, and want to live a life less ordinary then you are a Hedonist.

Experiences of The Workshops...
'Firstly, both L and I would like to thank you for awakening and giving truly worthwhile guidance on this journey we chose to venture on.
Since February we have grown in our relationship and passion and the fire has made everything better. Especially between us as a couple.
Almost every experience that we have and this is not only limited to what happens in our sex life has become more alive and deeper and more memorable.'
‘I came to Jonti's sensual massage workshop trailing a fractured sexual past. I wanted to learn a new and loving way to be with another, to find a way to break my own patterns and engage in love-making that is not transactional and is healing. I experienced a beautiful day of sharing intimately both with my partner and through talking with the other attendees. I feel I learned so much in terms of experiencing how sensuality can be a healing and transformative experience, rather than a means to check out of reality. My partner and I are very excited to learn more.’
'My mind is expanding its limited definition of sexual pleasure and what that means... There are so many ways to journey with this. And importantly I have learnt that it's not all about penetration and orgasm... There are such amazing ways to be sensual and intimate. And it makes so much sense and brings ease to me as I don't feel the same way everyday. And have different moods and so, what I feel for in the bedroom also changes.'
‘I enjoyed how the massage techniques were broken down into "bite sized" sections that were easy to understand and follow. The space created was safe and informal, there was no sense of awkwardness at any time.
In receiving the sensual massage , I felt relaxed and open to receiving.
When it was my turn to give the massage, I enjoyed the spontaneous flow of my body connecting with my partner's body.
Throughout the whole session, from the heart greeting to the closing, there was a feeling of connection and not just with my partner but with all in the room/space.’
