This is an experience of finding stillness within you, stillness through breath, through touch, through quiet, stillness of your heart, your body and your mind. There is healing in this, deep relaxation, intimacy with yourself and a connection to life. In the warmth and safety of the water you’re guided through a deepening process to come to that place of quietness where so much happens by being rather than doing.

We begin with a breathing exercise to connect you to your body, start to relax and slow down before we enter the pool. The water is 37’, creating a womb of safety. You’re guided through the practices as you sink into peace. After the experience we eat to allow yourself to settle and talk about the experience.
