If you are serious about your bondage education and can attend only one event this month - let it be this one! The gote/TK/munenawa is a fundamental tie. From the top's perspective, it teaches you all about tension, placement, frictions and reverence for the craft. From the bottom's perspective, this is a very vulnerable tie that makes surrender inevitable - it is also a great opportunity for self-advocacy because the way it is tied depends very much on your own biology and you *need* to speak up to make it safer and suited to you. We will also be demonstrating modifications for less mobile shoulders - don't stress if you can't get your arms into @ndumi_17 's position in this shot. We gotchu. We will also cover body handling and developing an atmosphere that matches your intentions.

This workshop will require you to tie in pairs without switching. You will need max three 8m, 5-6mm diameter ropes for this workshop and safety shears. If you don’t have your own rope, you can use our class rope. If you are being tied, make sure to wear comfortable form-fitting clothing and try to get a shoulder/arm stretch in before class.
