Shibari Rope Jam | Self Tie Jam - Beginner Friendly
The Self Tie Jam is an invitation inward.
A pause from noise, from performance, from urgency — and a return to your own body.
Self-tying can be a deeply nourishing practice: a way to listen, to contain, to soften, and to arrive more fully in yourself. In this jam, rope becomes a companion rather than a goal — a means of sensing your edges, your breath, your emotional weather.
The intention of this space is to quieten the body and soul, allowing stillness to emerge through gentle, mindful self-touch.
If you are curious about Shibari but not sure of where and how to begin, join us to learn more about this rich, diverse and fascinating practice.
