Feel, Sense & Write: A Guided Writing & Self-Expression Experience
About the Feel, Sense & Write: A Guided Writing & Self-Expression Experience
Most of us spend a lot of time in our heads — thinking, filtering, and holding things in.
This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel what’s really there: then gently express it. Through simple, guided prompts, you’ll be guided to connect more deeply with your senses, noticing what you feel, what’s present, and what wants to be expressed, and given an easy way to put that into words and then share if you wish!
This is not about being a “writer”. It’s not about doing it right. It’s about reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels natural, grounded, and surprisingly enjoyable.
People often arrive a little unsure but leave feeling more relaxed, more open, and more connected to themselves. The most common feedback I hear is “that was so much fun!”
What to expect
Gentle guidance to be present with your body, your senses, and your inner world
Simple, structured writing prompts (no experience needed)
A relaxed, supportive, and pressure-free environment
No expectation to share (always your choice)
A unique experience that feels both grounding and uplifting
About Your Host
Your host is a facilitator of self-expression and embodied awareness, creating spaces where people can safely reconnect with themselves and express what’s real, without overthinking or pressure.
Her approach is simple, structured, and intuitive: helping people drop out of their heads and into a more natural, honest flow.
The Space
This experience takes place at Allure Sensuality Emporium in Milnerton: an adult boutique, open-minded space that supports personal exploration, self-connection, and expression without shame. The venue is part of a home environment, creating a relaxed and informal atmosphere, with a fireplace for winter evenings!
While the space is connected to themes of embodiment and self-expression, this is a fully guided, personal writing experience at your own comfort level.
This is for you if:
You want to feel more connected to yourself
You spend a lot of time in your head and want a break
You’re open to a guided, reflective writing experience
You want to try something different in a safe environment
You’re curious (even if slightly nervous)
This may not be for you if:
You’re looking for a technical-writing or poetry class
You want critique, feedback, or performance
You’re not open to a more self-reflective, introspective experience
The Spirit of the Space
This experience is held as a container for expression, expansion, and self-connection.
You do not need to be a writer.
You do not need prior experience with writing or poetry
You do not need to perform or share your work.
You only need a willingness to stay present with yourself and write honestly.
No pressure. No expectations. Just a space to reconnect and express. You might surprise yourself.
