Our Casa Collective happens every Thursday and brings like-minded folk together for a cool blend of pleasure, education, and engagement.
This is a relaxed, structured social game designed simply to help you meet people you might not normally talk to. You'll sit with different people for a few minutes at a time, spin the wheel, get a question or challenge, and see where the conversation goes. Then the wheel turns again and you meet someone new.
Think speed dating, but without the dating. No matchmaking, no expectation of finding a play partner, and no pressure to make a new best friend. The aim is much simpler: leave knowing a few more faces, names and stories than you did when you arrived.
The prompts will range from silly and playful to curious and a little deeper. You might have to find something you have in common, tell a ridiculous story, answer a random question, discover something unexpected about each other, or tackle a more thoughtful prompt.
We'll also have a few other mini-games to get people moving and out of their usual bubbles, so you'll have plenty of chances to meet people beyond your normal circle.
There is no need to be particularly outgoing, witty or profound. The structure is there because talking to a stranger is much easier when you've been given something to talk about. You can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, and listening is just as valid as talking.
